Summer’s 1st New Moon – “season of 2019’s manifestation!”

by Renee Lindstrom, GCFP @ Inside Awareness, Living in Natures Love Blog & Renee Lindstrom Live

Seasonal Intentions for 2019

After creating 2019’s summer “vision board for July’s first New Moon,’ I  gathered earlier ones from 2019.  This included 2018’s fall board focused on  2019 and the Winter and Spring vision boards created in 2019.   My curiosity was to observe the differences and similarities in the various boards and to audit changes that have happened.  Exploring themes and shifts!

Three noteworthy, unexpected and welcome shifts changing 2019’s landscape have been:

  1.  Self-forgiveness that arose naturally through an end to resistant ways of thinking leading to a shift into acceptance ……
  2. Integrating live foods increasing the experience of health and wellness. Growing live foods spontaneously inspiring an essence of abundance, awe and appreciation.
  3. Realigning more fully with roots of this lifetimes intentions that are becoming  exponentially experienced with conscious awareness. Glimpses only recognized through the audit this morning.

I mentor my students in finding the true meaning of their dreams by exploring and focusing on the values before they get started on a direction.    The difference is chasing a dream versus  integrating it.  Integration is life changing and affirmative, while chasing something can be an illusive journey usually filled with the same old strategies that didn’t work in the past. The change begins inside and not with outside solution’s.

I realize now how these seasonal vision board steps create ease and cultivate awareness.  Awe-inspiring!  One of my longings was for health and well-being. At the time of creating this intention I wasn’t aware of any strategies to achieve it.

Sourdough Bread & Basil & Kefir Sour Cream

Two life-changing actions that where unexpected  were growing Kefir and Sourdough.  These living foods have been healing my gut and increasing  brain function and appreciation for life.

Now is the best time to create your intentional statement for Summer and reflect upon what is manifesting for 2019.  The three months of summer is the season of fruition.  In the three months of fall these forming seeds will drop and begin to germinate 2020.  Have you considered that what you are doing right now is the foundation for 2020?     If not, take some time to focus your attention on how to shift from creating your reality unconsciously and begin to harness your own personal reality consciously through cultivating awareness.

Start with reflecting on balancing your nine life areas and begin dreaming  with intention for each area.

  1. Wealth & Abundance
  2. Fame & Recognition
  3. Relationships
  4. Roots, Foundation, Ancestors
  5. Health & Well-being
  6. Future, Creativity and Travel
  7. Education & Spirit
  8. Career
  9. Community & Helpful People

Full Moon falls on our study into the value of fun!

moon-quartersThis week began with a growing moon and will end with a waning one.  Today it is a full moon and our suggestions are to connect to your inner sense that the seeds of intention that you planted on the New Moon are now growing!  It is done.  In  Inspired Goal Setting Integration Program we recognize this  phase as a time for appreciation!

At Inside we consider that your deeper more meaningful goals are your Purpose and is what is alive in you.  It is what brings life  to your  self  expression!

This week our suggestion is to explore your purpose in:

  • Movement – where is the starting point of your movement action?
    • explore sensing how you move and follow it back towards where it began!  Remember to get out of your head and don’t think about what you do or explain it. Feel it!   I will have clients and students answer, “I do yoga,” when asked this question.  What I am hoping for, when asking this question, is for inner sensing or checking into ones feelings of the actual movement function!
Classes starting now
  • Communication – what is the intention of what you are about to say?
    • Slow yourself down and think about what you are going to say.  How would you feel hearing exactly what you are going to say from your……..?  What is the main point your trying to express to them?  Your sentences can be the starting points of disconnection (not being heard) or connection (being heard). It all depends upon your intention and your awareness of what you are hoping for.
Classes starting now
  • Lifescape – does your space align with your intention for it?
    • Look at your living space or office and notice if it is supporting what you want to happen in your experience. For example,  if you have a partner and share a bedroom, would you want all your medicine on the dresser to remind you and them of impending illness or would you want something sleek and sexy?

Haven’t set your 2016 goals? No worries!

2016 Moon Phases - Jan

The first new moon of 2016 falls on January 9th and 10th! We are currently in a the phase of the moon that represents rest  and recuperation!  Follow the 8 moon phases to begin reflecting on 2016!  From Inspired Goal Setting – 2016!

8th Moon Phase – Balsamic Moon – Now

This is the dark side of the moon and the last phase before a new moon.  As the moon rests, it is best to let our planning mind and actins rest.  As the moon is still, so are our visual minds.  This is the time to be peaceful and recuperate surrendering action.  .

1st Moon Phase – New Moon – Jan 9 – Jan 10, 2016

A new moon is when the moon is in its dark side.  It is the best time to collect your thoughts and start to envision what you are longing for.  Imagine in your hopes and dreams.  These are the seed to a fresh start, a clean slate, and a new beginning

2nd Moon Phase – Crescent Moon – Jan 11th – 16th

A crescent moon is the best time to announce our intentions, hopes, and wishes for the Lunar Month.  This is the time to write down your goals on paper or to begin journaling them.

3rd Moon Phase -The first quarter moon – Jan 17th

The first quarter moon is when we may meet challenges we had not prepared for. It is a time of action to decide how to proceed in order to manifest our intentions.

4th Moon Phase -Gibbous Moon – Jan 18th – 22rd

This may be a time that we change our focus of attention and wish to refine or edit our primary goals for the month.  If so, this is the time to rephrase or edit our written intentions.  This is the time that it is easy to accommodate and adjust.

 5th Moon Phase -A full moon – Jan 23rd

The moon is full; the intention has gone out and is gathering all the circumstances and other people’s intentions.  The time frame in which intention are full filled will happen in the best way for all concerned.  There is still a two week time period to give your goals attention until the next new moon.

 6th Moon Phase -Disseminating Moon  – Jan 24th –  Jan 31st

Devote time during this moon phase to share your goals with others and express appreciation as though your intentions are already done.  .  Get those close to you to wish you well and keep good thoughts for you.

 7th Moon Phase – Last Quarter Moon – Jan 31st – Feb 1st

This moon phase supports letting go of attachments to others that have not met your needs that have caused feelings of hurt, pain or suffering.  It is the time for release and letting go of these circumstances as best as you can and releasing them to the universe finding forgiveness.
