Inside Awareness for Healthy Living is a name to describe the growing quality of presence one would enjoy when learning to focus attention mindfully.   Three primary areas of  learning are:

  1. connection to the influences of one’s environment
  2. nature of behavior and function in movement & relationships
  3.  mindful action

The way of learning uses awareness, sensation, movement and mindfulness and focuses upon learning through the whole person.  Encouragement is on embodying the learning as the experience can be ones education.

Renee Lindstrom is the principal and founder of Inside Awareness for Healthy Living.  She has been a Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner  since 2007. Her intention for sharing this method is based upon expanded self-development and actualization.  Her belief is that peace, harmony and value come from the inside and is reflected out into our environment.  She is in agreement with a quote of Moshe Feldenkrais:  “Flexible bodies, flexible mind!”

Renee has written a calendar of values called ‘Roots of Happiness’ for adults and ‘Kid’s Peace Bus’ for children’s education that is the foundation of our dialogue discussion groups and Intouch Language Enrichment Programs. In the fall of 2014 the Dalai Lama predicted that this would now be the Century of Dialogue!
