Drop your center of gravity
- Drop your center of gravity. Can’t figure it out? Bend your knees and let your butt drop down slightly. Notice the difference in your feet.
- Straighten up again and notice your body weight and posture
- Now drop down and notice the difference.
Bending your knees and dropping your butt slightly is more grounding and can give one a sense of solidness in their feet calming the fear center.
