The guided movement patterns in ATMs can focus on any functional movement. The focus is on creating the mindfulness to increase available movement for anyone at any age and ability. ATMs are designed to increase one’s senses to cultivate and expand one’s functional awareness that includes how the environment stimulates function inside and outside. ATMs are designed to start exactly where you are in your personal experience as they increase functional abilities.
