FAQ:

What are some qualities that  clients would experience in your private sessions that they would remember?

Four qualities that come to mind are:  support, fairness,  patience and empathy.  Whether a movement, empathy or personal coaching  the sessions are grounded upon empathetic listening  and honest expression, (even if hard to hear messages).  Focus is upon the clients, not the practitioner, therefore a direct opportunity for the client can be for a deeper self connection.  In sessions the clients are guided through their experience replacing the teaching model (being talked at)  that culturally we have come to rely upon.  Being told, fixed or having the person we are paying teach us through their experience is so unsatisfactory.  It is the qualities of willingness and courage  that inspire change.  An atmosphere encouraging safe reflection achieves quicker and easier transitions with the least amount of effort!

In Relationships:

Whether sessions include both parties or not, space is held to consider the cause and effect for both sides.  This can deepen conscious understanding of  the root causes of the current experiences.  This process is based upon  empathy to transition out of  right or wrong judgments  for clarity and to regain composure, balance and free will for making difficult choices.  Life changing choices resulting from reaction can create bigger issues, resentment and regret.     Therefore these session need honesty, patience  and empathy to support a smoother transition forward.

In Movement

Once again this process focuses on empathetic listening except now it is focused upon what the body is demonstrating.  Unknown to most in our culture is that our bodies tell our story!  Through observation and felt touch in a safe environment the physical, mental,  emotional and belief aspects of oneself can open to patterns that are no longer working.  It is the awareness of old habits and this new experience that shifts outcomes.  These sessions need honesty, patience and empathy to support clients inner felt sense needs for safety to be met to let go of resistance to go beyond into a new experience in how they feel themselves.

Lifestyle

Clients who are either motivated for change or with chronic conditions will have home or office visits to increase support for life change through their environment.  Like ones body posture the home or office tells a story of one’s experience, yet not one of a personal self-image story.  This is a story of where ones attention is focused in life and how the relationships are  in community that shares the space.  These visits need honesty, patience and empathy to support each member in the process in a way that change can happen.

Finding Love, Being in Love & Remembering your love………

Love Questions:

  • Does love just happen? (No, sex just happens!)
  • Does that loving feeling last forever? (No, when the physical chemical wears off the relationships becomes a struggle.)
  • Do you fall out of love with yourself  when you love someone else? (When you let anything go without addressing it, yes you are no longer loving yourself)
  • Who do you fall out of love with first, yourself or your mate?

A new way of looking at finding, being and staying in love!

New type of SUPPORT FOR FINDING, BEING AND REMEMBERING LOVE………….

Love is fresh, never old!

First lets look at what makes love old when:

  • looking for it,
  • being in it
  • or trying to remember it?

If your answer was unmet needs your right!

Surprisingly our first step for finding love is hunting for it.  It’s easy to hunt and be hunted.  We are longing to feel connected, loved and chemically high!

Typically our second step is to conform ourselves to fit the model we think we should be.

Or, we demand our love interest conform to be who we want them to be!

Putting them or ourselves first turns today’s dream into tomorrow’s nightmare!

Screech……..STOP!

Let’s start over!  Together lets take a look at your definition of love and find out if it is working for you, but first lets talk about why.  Whether you are looking for a short-term fix or long-term relationship wouldn’t you want to experience the best of you versus the worst?  To feel confident, beautiful and fulfilled replacing hurt, resentful and frustrated would be the ultimate experience in love’s connection.  How can you achieve this?  By making love in your life your priority.  Considering it, defining it and preparing for it.  The definition you have for love is different than anyone else on the planet.  Yes, even your lover!

  • If you know your love map you will choose better lovers.
  • If you know your love map your lover has a better chance of being in connection and not having to be right or wrong!
  •  If you are in a right and wrong relationship and have forgotten the ‘er’ at the end of love stopping to define your love map will refresh your memory.

Love is a philosophy.  Love is life.  Love is a career.

Love is the field when the head, heart and body is in sync.

Are you focusing as much of your attention to your love as your own career? If not, why not?

Connect to find out how you too can deepen your connection to find, be and stay in love.  Personal programs include creating your love map, defining love in your life, creating the space for love, attracting love to you and how to talk ‘love’.

Taking treatments outdoors

Feeling the ground

Feeling the ground

Taking clients outdoors for a change of  environment has been  successful in ways of:

  • Increased calmness
  • Deepened breathing
  • New interest
  • Accepting condition
  • Lowering anxiety, depression and pain
  • Less tension and more flexibility
  • Increased hopefulness
  • Relief of depression

As a client enjoys these differences they will generally bring up a thought, experience or worry that they have not voiced that could be closer the to source of their condition.

Some ways of working outdoors with adults and children:

  • Personal Movement/Cognitive Therapy Session
  • Empathy Coaching
  • Relationship Coaching
  • Increasing Focused Movement Abilities using Awareness building skills, ie. Walking
  • Contemplative Movement for cognitive Therapy and Connection (effective with children and painful relationships issues)

An example is my most recent success is with a centurion who has suffered sever anxiety and depression that keeps them in a state of tension and nausea.  Being outside resulted in marked improvement in their current state of mind and understanding of  the relationships between tension, anxiety, mental state, cognitive abilities, nausea and movement.

Their home that has become their prison of ill-health and getting outdoors changes their focus of attention.  It has changed the view, smell, sounds, temperature and has them feeling the ground.  It has shifted their focus of attention and became a distraction to expand their limited focus.

Connect with Renee @ Inside for more information or inquires on how to enjoy coaching and personal treatments outdoors!

Hosta

Hosta

Earlier today I posted a blog article about the significance and support from a Hosta  using photo’s of one that is outside the office door at Inside Awareness. When choosing a location for this beautiful, outstanding plant I did so unconsciously.  I began to pay attention to it when the leaves began to double their usual size and students and I  began to pay attention to it.  Then it blossomed commanding everyone’s attention coming down the path!  It was time to check in and find out more about this amazing calming and peaceful plant!  This is when our worlds met, this Hosta and mine.  It represents the potential of the techniques that I share with students who come to office!
