Introducing foods that are full of nutrition and fibre can change craving experiences and food choices.  These foods satisfy different functioning parts of one’s body leaving satisfied feelings.  This naturally leads one to begin noticing that they aren’t reaching for certain foods or having thoughts of going out to eat.  The purpose of ATE is specifically to develop this somatic experience versus seeking solutions.  The difference is one shifts a lifestyle and the other focuses upon solutions.
