How to choose an integrative learning program
Each Inside Awareness program contains essences of the others via the nature of integration. The focus in each of these programs is upon practical applications. The intention is to harness the experience itself as the change agent to embodied change. Theory, comparing and analyzing simply increase entrenchment to existing thoughts.
Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais was a pioneer in brain development and somatic learning, and Dr Marshall Rosenberg was a pioneer in spoken word patterns. They were the first to introduce practical applications focused on the experience that went beyond thinking into a new way of doing things.
Out beyond rightdoing and wrongdoing there is a field. I will meet you there.

From a unique vantage point of a 20 year personal practice and being a guide in these somatic arts of learning following Moshes and Marshalls integrative models, Renee has cultivated the understanding of how focusing attention on the facts, as experienced in the moment, triggers the brain ability to grow neural pathways. She has observed how new neural pathways changes a person’s response patterns physically, mentally and emotionally. In comparison she has witnessed how the brains behaviour doesn’t change from responding to memory’s using existing behaviour patterns such as; diagnosing, labeling or comparing experiences. These pre-existing and repeated thinking patterns are becoming entrenched and strengthening rigid beliefs. Either way, both these ways of being are not wrong or right, however, it determines the path forward for ones experience. One has ease, and the other has effort. Culturally we have been taught through a model of effort.
If you are reading this you just may be ready to discover how you have a choice to either stay on that path of effort, or walk towards a new path that reduces effort.

Start where you are
Reflecting upon your current expression in life and considering what is alive for you in the moment helps you tap into the energy that motivates you to take the actions you need to create the lifestyle you hope for. This action is the starting point for balancing a lifestyle aimed at health, wealth and happiness. It is the beginning of consciously creating a lifestyle the influences your heart to sing while calming your mental critic.
So the question becomes, what area of life do you wish to focus upon changing? Take a moment to check inside to consider the 9 life areas listed below while asking yourself: How much focus do you give each one? Does one currently dominate your focus over the rest?
Identify what you are seeking from each of these 9 life areas and ask yourself if you are willing to focus your attention to create change and embody it. This is the entry point to living a creative life. A life that is not predetermined by old messages.
Remember, if you are seeking solutions to fix perceived problems or validate what you already know, the path will be a repeat of existing behaviours and there will be no change.

1. Abundance
Abundance reflects wealth and quality of experience. The following three IAM programs focus of inquiry are on how you experience wealth in your life. Do you have enough or do you feel scarcity in your life? These programs tap into becoming more creative in integrating the changes you long for:

3. Relationships

4. Past
The past is a reflection of your roots and ancestors. It is the cultural pattern that you have integrated from those around you that have influenced your early learning. 5. Health Programs
Health is the centerpoint and generator of a healthy or unhealthy experience. There is a choice for the level of health and wellness experienced. A health experience is not outside of one’s control. These three IAM Programs can reduce the effort in your responses by tapping into right brain qualities to reduce the learned uncreative messages received through stressed out adults in your earlier life.
