Shifting one’s focus from seeking answers to action is the integrative experience.
For example, many have been told they are allergic to goods, however they are not told that by eliminating those foods they are losing a variety of nutritional values. These lost nutrients are not replaced and after years physical, mental and emotional capacity is diminished. The biggest example I have come across is feeding the brain. Nutrition for the brain is not a consideration when eliminating dairy, meat and grains. What many are hearing and reading is how unhealthy foods are rather than what nutritional values they have and how they influence their ability to function.
