I enjoy that this work flexes my brain’s relationship with all the other parts of my body!
Participants response to Oneness Wednesday’s Somatic Movement events
I believe you describe what I experienced Wednesday night on the floor: movement + awareness – theory/verbalizing = whole-body learning. I find myself re-membering the body-breath connections we practiced from time to time during my day. It’s a deeper integration than I usually experience learning dances.
I look forward to next week.
