Already enjoying your walks for pleasure, exercise or increased fitness.  This class is for you!  It is designed to bring awareness to your posture and available movement in your existing walking patterns.  It is designed to develop skills of increased inner connection to sensing what is moving and what is not moving.  Come and learn how to experience more of you body in action.
