This is the last autumn new moon growing cycle before transition into winter. Why is this important?

Autumn reflections

Today is the last New Moon in 2019’s  fall season.  The next New Moon will be at the end of December after the Winter Solstice.  Today until December 11th when the moon becomes full again is the best time to reflect upon your intentions for 2020.

What do you want to bring into your life experience and how to you want to make personal changes?  For example:

Bring into your life:

  • fame & fortune
  • new relationships
  • new job, new home, new pets, etc
  • your ideas?

Personal changes:

  • healthier eating plan
  • improve conscious awareness
  • increase fitness
  • learning programs
  • your goals?

Take 5 minutes to write out your overall visions for 2020 now. 

Remember after December 10th the moon cycle will be waning  which is a time for clearing and de-cluttering.  It’s not a period for starting new projects.

Don’t wait until your pressured into it at the end of December and turning of the year.  That’s too late to be in natures growing rhythm.  Winter is a time to let the seeds dropped in fall gather momentum to burst in 2020.

Foods to avoid

The moon travels through the signs of Scorpio, Sagittarius and Capricorn this week.  Each of these signs have the recommendations of avoiding rich and heavy foods, which includes meat.  However Scorpio aligns with fish and seafood, Sagittarius aligns with fish and poultry, while Capricorn aligns with lamb.

Monday & Tuesday

  • Scorpio
    • Avoid oily foods, meat, dairy, yeasty foods, salt, sweets, and refined sugar

Scorpio Food Suggestion’s

Wednesday &  Thursday

  • Sagittarius
    • Avoid Spicy Food, Sweets, Refined Sugar, Meat, Dairy, & Alcohol

Food Planning with Moon in Scorpio

Scorpio Foods

Both the moon and Scorpio are water elements.  As the moon travels through Scorpio one may want to stock up on foods for this sign.  Especially with all the watery emotions  that promote comfort eating.  Easy foods to stock up on are yogurts, cheeses,  cottage cheese, etc, to support Scorpios needs for calcium.

While the moon is in Scorpio avoid oily foods, meat, dairy, yeasty foods, salt, sweets, and refined sugar

Scorpio is associated with the  3rd Chakra – Solar Plexus

Libra Foods

Libra is a social sign that enjoys beauty and like  the heart chakra is associated with balance, peace and love.  Spend more time preparing beautiful  balanced plates or dine where tasted and presentation is the emphasis.  In other words – no fast food!  While the moon is in Libra avoid:  alcohol, meat, dairy, carbonated beverages, yeast Foods, and refined sugar.
