Today the Moon goes into it’s full phase.

Today, Sept 17, 2024 is the last full moon before Fall Equinox. It also reflects the phases of my goal setting program that is structured around the eight phases of the moon that reflects when he intentions set during he new moon phase are set. I suggest it is the phase where, ‘it is done.’

Here is a little clip of a moment in time on the eve of this full moon that happened on my desk as I was working. It was a moment to pause and reflect. I hope you enjoy it.

Empower your goals by aligning them with the moon 

In Inspired Goal Setting Workbook, we suggest that goals offer a focus to achieve something that is meaningful. Acting on a goal creates a boundaries simply from the need to meet them.  For example,  if  one has a goal  to save money to purchase s major item, it would be easier to refrain from buying the dress shoes that may tempt you.  Voicing your goals makes them real and meeting them personally rewarding.  The celebration of meeting them builds inner confidence   It is an empowering experience!

The moon is known to influence on our creativity, imagination and ability to attract other people. It affects our moods and can support our daily activities.  The  phases of the moon’s cycle offer a guide to follow and with this support, one can create  a unique and personal goal almanac.  One that aligns with nature and the cosmos.

Planned your New Years Eve Resolutions yet?

This years turning of the time wheel finds us with a growing moon over the 31st!  This means the moon is in alignment with setting our January goals!

Beginning the year with personal affirmations could represent the best outcomes for your resolutions, not unlike following the moon for planting your crops!

INTRODUCTION:

Begin with an introduction to setting concrete goals and learn how to achieve them.  Followed by exploring how to create a unique 2014  goal success plan for yourself that is doable, concrete and achievable!After the introduction workshop, meet on-line 4 more times, once a week, for an hour to follow-up and re-visit your plan.  This is an opportunity to work out problems and make corrections to your plan, share stories, celebrate success and mourn regrets.Remember unconscious habits are being transformed consciously and your brain is going to resist the work to make change.  You will need support to create new habits. The ones you long for.  The ones you spend each year making resolutions for and not keeping.  Know it’s not about you, it’s your brain being lazy, that’s all.  So find fun ways to teaching the brain and energizing it in a way that it too becomes motivated!

  • Each week we will meet on-line again on Thursday evenings – 7pm – 8pm for the month of Jan.  (9th, 16th, 23rd 30th)
  • You will receive daily exercises to create an environment of support and for developing integration techniques to ensure your success
  • Daily 5 minute accountability check in’s will be scheduled
