Yes it’s true! *Students who have enjoyed waking to fuller consciousness with mindful movement, thinking and speaking techniques, with Renee Lindstrom using Feldenkrais Movement and InTouch Life and Communication techniques, are now exploring how to take these concepts more fully and creatively into daily living. This includes learning how to tap into one’s inner courage and translate the messages blocking them from their own feelings of confidence and expands into developing a connection to how they are contributing to and receiving back from their business or work place! Like any relationships it is a 50/50 concept! It begins with checking in to a deeper connection to one’s calling or purpose.

When one has more clarity on what they long to do to be contributing in their community, the focus can turn to consciously creating a doable and concrete action plan. These would be intentional goals for achieving the steps towards a desired outcome. Becoming the touch stone of accountability for someone completing their goals, Renee finds that her ability for empathy supports shifting hopelessness into hopefulness, fear into excitement and frustration into love!

Through Goal setting and Accountability Coaching, students are learning to embrace their own creative entrepreneur power. They are finding their joy with their conscious action and accomplishments. The pattern of the steps Renee and her students take together lead towards connecting passionately to ones inner courage for taking conscious action.

She has enjoyed connecting to her students needs using a language designed for connection and has on occasion matched their needs with invitations to join her at community networking gatherings. The purpose is to inspire and motivate these students by hearing how others share their passion and achievement. This modelling support’s one to break down their blocks, turning fear into motivation. Students sometimes find themselves empowered to take part in these gathering and it challenges them to stand up strong and for the first time they may spontaneously voice their own business vision clearly and concisely, surprising themselves!

There is no better joy in the world than to hear someone’s plan to execute their inner creativity and passion using “I statements” and expressing in a strong confident voice with no hesitation or doubts. When someone is speaking honestly and from their truth they light up and shine!

*Students – Renee’s enjoys using the term student as this implies learning. Her techniques for consulting, teaching or mentoring are designed so that the recipient can learn, understand and integrate them into their own future actions.
*Clients – Renee’s finds that this term implies someone needs to be fixed or is looking for a strategy to be fixed versus learning the root source of action that is blocking success.
Mindful – Focus of attention centered in the present, with awareness, acceptance and ease of the past and future,
Heart-Centered Business – whether an entrepreneur or employee it’s refers to one’s inner connection to their own purpose and empowered choices to keep what is meaningful to them relevant!
Integration – Expanding one’s personal actions and patterns for achieving outcomes through learning new ways of actions that start with checking in to one’s intention and exploring results.
