Integrating the value of Self-Forgiveness

Life area:  Celebration

Making mistakes is part of learning and growing. If we haven’t forgiven ourselves we will continue creating an identity around our pain, and this becomes our constant companion and self image.  It is how others know us in our relationships, “the one who is suffering.” Renee Lindstrom

Notice your suffering this week, name the feeling and identify what value that wasn’t met.

Integrating the value of Believing

Life Area:  Autonomy

This week notice what you have strong opinions about.  Explore what you believe in by noticing your quality of confidence in your truth and what’s of value to you.  Be willing to explore your feelings and define if these believes are true to you now or simply learned and held onto habitually by matching your feelings to your met or unmet needs.

If we aren’t forgiving, we keep creating an identity around our pain.  This pain then continues to be reborn and becomes not only our personal experience, it is the quality others experience in their connection we us.

Integrating the value of Fun

Life area:  Celebration

Pause and reflect on the times in your ordinary day that you experience the qualities of fun.  Is fun a spontaneously quality in your day?  If not, what thoughts come up for you?  Check in and ask yourself if this way of thinking is a limiting one.  If so, notice the sensations (feelings) and be curious about what need it is meeting.  What needs are you putting before having fun?   This week take time to imagine what fun means to you.
