Fame and recognition is a focus on one’s life contribution, not specifically status and career. The focus of attention is on your contribution to the community on the 3d dimension, humanity, and higher dimensions. It is the quality of how you engage with what you offer and receive. Fame reflects the feat of fire. Fire element shaped crystals would be a consideration for this area unless one’s ego is out of balance and too aggressive. If too aggressive Earth and Water element shaped crystals would be more appropriate for balance.

The qualities of crystals are excellent to consider the value needs one would like to integrate and/or achieve. Two effective ways of creating goals are:

Taking action steps each day to achieve an outcome. This is an external focus or yang energy.
Integrating intentions for manifestation by creating a partnership between one’s intention and the universe. This is an internal focus or yin energy.

Number one consists of a pattern identifying the steps for taking immediate action to achieve like a personal to do list and it follows the cultural mental focused model like in educational institutions.

Number two incorporates the senses to manifest. It begins with writing out or creating visuals of the dream with the inner intention of it manifesting. The focus is on imagining the experience of having the dream as though it has already manifested into existence. This creates the somatic feelings interconnected with the vision.

Both types of achieving goals, through steps and the integration process, have value. It is a personal choice. One is more superficial and the other can be a deeper process of connection that taps into personal value needs versus wants.

In the workplace crystals can be placed in the individual office or workspace, on one’s desk, or in the whole space. Considering these separate placements one would consider motivation or intentions one is hoping to enhance.

One’s Desktop

Placement of crystals on one’s desktop would focus on the individual needs. This area would reflect the core needs of the primary person who works and innovates at this desk. Some of the needs may be for focus, clarity, support, inspiration, confidence, empowerment, protection, mindfulness, clarity, wealth and abundance, dreams, goals, prosperity and more…….

In one’s office

In the office one would consider their personal needs in the workspace in relationships with the working community and clients. The needs for these two community groups would reflect interaction and productivity. The crystals would reflect the qualities to support communication, clarity, understanding, empathy, compassion, respect, protection, positivity, balance, connection, balance, understanding, prosperity, etc……

In the workspace

In the work place the focus of needs would be for the whole working community. This would be the big view and include other working members or reflect the business Mission/Vision Statement needs.

How to set intentions for a Crystal shopping list

If you are a beginner to using Crystals the best steps to take before even going into the gem shop, going online or attending a trade show is to determine what your needs are.

First Step

The first question to ask yourself is:

What purpose do I have for obtaining crystals? Is it for healing, meditation, goal setting, focus, home decor, making jewelry, and for creativity, etc.?

The second question to ask yourself is:

What area of life to I want to enhance with the crystals benefits? Is is health and wellbeing, career, study and education, relationships, and goal setting, etc.?

The third questions to ask yourself is:

What benefits or qualities am I longing for? For example:

These three questions identify your intention. Crystals are a way to focus attention using an intention to manifest. One of the biggest time wasters is going into a store or show without a connection to your purpose for getting a crystal. Not only at the show, but for the next period of time of not knowing what to do with it or how to display it that could last for years. Be prepared for success in exploring crystals knowing your intention.

Second Step

Once you identify the qualities your are seeking by answering the above questions, including naming the life area you long to enhance with them, the exploration then becomes what crystals speak to those qualities, or your needs. This would be when you can feel more prepared to go into a shop, online or trade show to search out what crystals or stones would fulfill your needs. However don’t forget the important 3rd step!

The Third Step

The third step is to look around the space you would like to place the crystal or stone in. How much space do you have? What will you display it on? Will it be in a showcase position or in a bowl with other stones. If for healing is there a dedicated space. Is it for your office desk or nearby, etc.?

To save future clutter and finances prepare yourself by connecting to your intention. Crystals and stones languish in cupboards and on shelves gathering dust in unattractive arrangements as some buyers didn’t start out with a connection to what purpose it would fulfill for them. It was attractive, or sounded good, and an impulse buy. In mentoring or coaching, Renee has experienced many people who have bought crystals impulsively and then forgotten them on the shelf or in storage. Crystals are alive with qualities and meant to be used. The more they are used the brighter and more beautiful they are. Those forgotten ones become lackluster and dusty. As crystals are accelerator’s they absorb their surroundings, as people do, and emanate the energies back out the same as people do.

Helpful People Area: Expand your connections with the support of Crystal Influences

The Crystals that would benefit networking and community would be those that support communication, connection, motivation and protection. The community life area sits between the elements of metal and water. The stones I chose to demonstrate for this area reflect those elements in shapes and colour. The first consideration is the value attributes in these examples. Once the attributes are chosen the second consideration is how the element’s reflection will enhance the intention of the group experience. If the group is out of balance aggressively, it would be recommended to add more stones with qualities to support calm, grounding and protection along with an increase in water elements, not metal.
