Heeding my own advise this morning on first wakening

I shared one way  to harness ones inner aliveness that starts with opening ones eyes in the morning    The very next day my kit cat  demanded I take care of her needs at 5:45 a.m.  I found myself with a choice to heed my own advise knowing the consequences if I did or not.

My advise for the morning;

 Upon first consciousnesses tap into this inclination and simply get up.

Ignore the voices that tell you to hit the snooze button for five, ten or even fifteen more minutes.  The difference is tangible.  When you open your eyes and follow your inner inclination to rise up, you are tapping into an organic inner inspiration that gives you motivation.  This motivation is absent when you follow the inner voice that talks you into going back to sleep some-more before getting up.  One experience is rising up and the other is dragging yourself out of bed.  Either one lasts all day.

This is my advise to anyone who is overwhelmed with an experience of feeling drained, lethargic and depressed.  Tap into the bodies inner clock by getting up with no hesitation as soon as the brain becomes conscious and eyes open.
