Career Area: Co-creating with Crystal Placement in the Office

In the workplace crystals can be placed in the individual office or workspace, on one’s desk, or in the whole space. Considering these separate placements one would consider motivation or intentions one is hoping to enhance.

One’s Desktop

Placement of crystals on one’s desktop would focus on the individual needs. This area would reflect the core needs of the primary person who works and innovates at this desk. In one’s office

In the office one would consider their personal needs in the workspace in relationships with the working community and clients. The needs for these two community groups would reflect interaction and productivity. The crystals would reflect the qualities to support communication, clarity, understanding, empathy, compassion, respect, protection, positivity, balance, connection, balance, understanding, prosperity, etc……

In the workspace

In the work place the focus of needs would be for the whole working community. This would be the big view and include other working members or reflect the business Mission/Vision Statement needs.
