A Feldy student I mentor suggested I make cheese cake from my Kefir cream cheese

I am nervously excited about their response.  This student had a small bakery specializing in cheese cakes.  Not only is this my first kefir cake, it is the first cheese cake I have attempted to make myself.  I am curious to hear her feedback.
