Feldenkrais
The Feldenkrais Method is a somatic educational system that has a focus on function that mirrors early preverbal learning patterns of early childhood. It differs from other movement methods through it’s focus on the skeletal patterns including the connection to joint function. This Method can be a focus in a personal journey of functional mindfulness or is can be a group experience. Using guided patterns of movement in balance with cognitive focus creates the potential for expanded sensory consciousness that integrates lasting new patterns. This method enhances inner body functional awareness through the enhanced felt sense awareness of functional anatomy.

Somatic Body Ergonomics
Somatic Body Ergonomics has a focus on flexible movement patterns while in limited posture transitions limited by the constraints of the environment such as chairs, desk, computers. Most assessments focus on strategies that lock in cognitive concepts that reduce flexible skeletal movements.
