Here is a page I created on the the web pages that support Awareness through Feldenkrais. This topic is a program under the life area of health. Awareness of Health is one of the nine pillars that is the focus at Inside Awareness. This topic of Feldy for Children will be a focus on these pages and will support parents and educators. The first entry is a song that integrates and identifies the skeletal bones. Here’s why:

As a Feldenkrais Practitioner since ’07 the biggest challenge I observe in participants is their lack of ease in identifying their skeletal parts mentally or through their felt senses. This is a significant problem in aging. I am also aware of social conditioning through environmental stimulus, therefore was curious about a song about the bones. I posted a link to an adult version of a song on a facebook page for the learning center, and it was perfect. I then decided to create one for children. I will post the lyrics and when completed will leave the url to them. Meanwhile enjoy the tune.
