Earth Grounding & Infrared indoor experince
Renee, the founder of Inside Awareness, has been using infrared technology for health longer than she has been a practicing Feldenkrais Practitioner. The journey into infrared began during a metal detox after having mercury fillings removed in the late 90’s. She has often recommended infrared to her students who have chronic pain and who are not flexible. The feedback responses have always been positive. In these experiences, the pain is reduced, and mobility is increased.
For the past two years, she has used a grounding mat and sheet. As a trained Feng Shui designer and coach, she is aware that cement eliminates the connection to earth waves. Cement blocks the waves from rising up into the space above it. These grounding mats and sheets offer a way to bring the Earth waves into the home and office space.
