The Culture of Values Educational Program is independent of any political or religious organization. It is the foundation of learning a language that includes the understanding of core triggers through learning and processing a spoken language. A spoken language that is continuing to contribute to shaping inner and outer reactions. Learning values can change spontaneous behaviour through learning and practice.

This program has a focus of attention of tapping into somatic listening using the five senses while developing a connection to intuition and increasing the skill to be mindfully present in the moment. Being present in the moment with freedom from evaluative thinking increases the breadth of information being received. This program is for developing the skills for self-actualization. It supports an increase in self-value.

There is an obvious lack of being valued through current social and cultural conditioning. leaving a need for integrative learning to model the language of self-value inside before responding outside. When coaching or mentoring those who are suffering chronically from painful situations, relationships and conditions, there is a tendency to respond out of their survival instincts mentally, emotionally and physically. In these situation’s I begin with the Fire and Water Somatic Actions to shift the focus on a doable and concrete step that introduces a new inner somatic language and behaviour while taking the step forward. The doable action produces immediate results and does not expand the story that may be dissociative. Rather, it can tap into the strong felt sense of accomplishment. Why? It balances out the environment while introducing a new inner language that opens us to taking new action. An unexpected personal shift in students is an increase in empathy. This includes self-empathy and empathy for others. In some cases, it is with aging students where the path forward is much shorter than the path behind. On occasion, the conversation has been on the positive realizations of experiencing the true felt senses of empathy before passing away. These moments are powerful!

The cover picture of this book demonstrates the elements of fire and water. Fire is the action that bursts up through the mindfulness qualities from a state of contemplation and reflection. This goal program is a design that is a perfect blend of the fire and water qualities.

  2. 31 Daily actions shared through short videos in the Author’s voice for those active listeners.
  3. Copy of Fire and Water Somatic Goal Setting with daily action and creative space to write or draw inspirations that may come up.

Even though this program focuses on concrete action taking it is shifting the inner processing subtly in an elusive way to increase clarity and understanding of motivation and how one can make effective change in the environment and through thinking patterns, and increase in speaking with intention. It changes perspective and increases windows of tolerance. Outcomes in situations have the potential to reflect personal inner confidence and self-value from a healthy and balanced ego.

This integrative model of somatic goal setting has been used in homes and in businesses for education to improve excessive chronic hoarding and addictive experiences, healing long-term issues, end-of-life stages, and abuses such as sexual, emotional, mental and physical abuse. A condition one wouldn’t label as one is extreme arrogance to the point of demonstrating no value in another human being. This is more common than one would consider until experiencing it. These integrative patterns of learning can increase clarity and understanding of these types of environmental stimuli stand out more when one taps into intention. This increases the ability to make better choices.


Fundraiser for building a Culture of Values through educational components and integrating them into educational institutions and organizations.

Remember, a Culture of Values from this perspective is not a religion. It is a model of integrative learning to enhance organized learning in institutions, organizations, parenting and childcare. It is not exclusive to one demographic. Rather is designed for all functioning people of all ages.

This first workshop for the Inside Awareness Center for Somatic Learning will be a fundraiser for building the Culture of Values educational programming to bring focus to the needs for maintaining the early learning patterns and partnering them with the current system that is oriented from the perspectives of adults contained within an institutionalized system. These early learning patterns here are not the typical strategies from an adult perspective of coming up with strategies to implement into a system. It is the actual patterns of integration for developing the inner processing capabilities for a child to develop into a healthy functioning adult in society. Education currently has a focus on memorization, solving puzzles with strategies and debate conversation entrainment. These educational programs will introduce the needs of the students who have retained their dominant sensory input as a form of viewing and processing incoming worldly information, and will strive to balance out those who are dominant analytical thinkers. These learning patterns will focus on developing a healthy inner and outer understanding of behavioural relationships between the elusive inner body responses in functional responses to any stimuli. This will be through transparent guided patterns designed in the same model of early learning in babies who have no input from adults intellectually in learning how to roll over, sit, stand, walk and talk. These abilities are inherent and not transmitted through an adult’s outside influence. These programs will integrate seamlessly into existing programs designed to increase recognition of inner responses for the ability to self-monitor and process reactions. This model has been initiated by a somatic empath who has recognized a gap in social conditioning while in a journey of self-discovery to find clarity and learn how to navigate in a world that has been educated to project outward from a dominant thinking behaviour, instead of having increased clarity and understanding of their inner process for creating healthy habits for good relationships and lifestyles later on. The intent for the educational patterns will be to create a healthier relationship and lifestyles that have less conflict and increased shared values.

Renee Lindstrom, Founder of Inside Awareness Center for Integrative Somatic Learning, is seeking business partners, sponsors and those interested in supporting a model of education that will redefine behaviour through clarity, understanding that retraining the brain along with the subtle inner body responses that are one. At some point in history, the body systems became isolated and separated in people’s minds. The compartmentalization has fractured full function and understanding of the inter-relationships between felt senses, physical transitions, emotional responses, and finally the inner process for creating thoughts.
