Education begins with the cultural conditioning of the influences surrounding us at birth. Evidence of early learning is observable or experienced in people throughout the cycles of aging, even into their late years. It begins with a person’s primary caregivers and is influenced by the family’s inner community circle. As children age, their community continues to expand, and their education expands to include formal institutionalized forms of education beginning with primary school. This education continues to evolve into higher classifications of learning such as middle school, high school, college and university.
However, informal and elusive learning continues to be integrated silently through parents, family and community members outside of the formalized learning institutions. This is an example of obvious and elusive contributions to learning. Emotional intelligence is the elusive learning through environmental stimulus, not through culture’s organized and structured educational conditioning. Mastery of one’s actionable response is emotional intelligence. Mastery is never an experience of I only. It contains you and me, or the group. For example, emotional intelligence in the life areas of Health, Wealth and abundance is never a singular achievement or isolated to one focus. It is a culmination of all actions and interactions with others that create abundance. It has a nebulous effect from the intention at its origins that expands outward. Even without being consciously aware of the intention, there is one that continues to expand out into all life area experiences. Expressing joy at the core of functional movement and in relationships will translate into ease in life events that will be fulfilling or rewarding. If one expresses through lack, ill will, or moral judgments, their inner self will reflect that in their experience of themselves. They will lack self-value, self-esteem and courage, blocking the inner sense of valuing others’ contributions and abilities.

Inside Awareness, learning opportunities would be considered an experience of exploring higher knowledge. The learning modules at Inside include a perspective of early, middle and higher forms of learning and integrate the elusive nature of conditional learning of family, friends and community influences from birth to now. The field created through the learning experiences with Inside’s programs contains and integrates aspects of all its focus points, as each module is one aspect of the whole function. They are inseparable as one’s life experience. Life is made up of many parts to create a whole.
The programs are available through personalized sessions and group learning. These sessions or group learning opportunities are active through verbal transmission. They focus on harnessing the brain to free it from past cultural conditioning. This includes redirecting the habitual patterns learned through institutional learning. This could be described as retraining the brain.
These verbal transmissions are guided patterns of integration to cultivate awareness of actions and support transforming habitual unconscious reactions into obvious actions for one’s highest good. Creating new habitual behaviour through these programs includes the highest good for others in a balanced and fair way.
These programs are available through teaching, coaching, mentoring and consulting. They are adaptable for personal skill development or in groups of two or more. They are available and have been adapted to the needs for higher learning to transform productivity and relationships in institutions, organizations and businesses.
Inside Awareness offers learning levels that align with the nature of learning in human conditioning.
The first is an introductory level for grounding and retraining automatic and habitual behaviours by cultivating awareness. It is categorized as the Earth Level. This reflects grounding and stability at the origins. The core determining life experience.
