Feldenkrais© group classes use slow, mindful movements to
achieve powerful effects in terms of strength, flexibility, and holistic
integration of body and mind. Unique to Feldenkrias is the focus on
daily functional movement such as sitting, walking, standing and lifting.
Improving the quality of movement, unnecessary muscular tensions
throughout the body can reorganize and release. Changes occur
through neuromuscular re-patterning that happens in these lessons.
