Effective Foot Movement for Reducing Swelling

Long periods of restricted movement can be the cause of edema, especially swelling in the feet, ankle and legs.  In this workshop designed for experiential learning one will explore somatic movement patterns designed to get the blood flowing, increase the range of motion and reduce swelling in the feet, ankles and legs.  Using the gentle guided patterns of Feldenkrais® can increase circulation and blood flow in feet, ankles and legs and improve overall hip and leg movement patterns.
