Awareness through Movement®

 

Feldenkrais® group classes use slow, mindful movements to achieve powerful effects in terms of strength, flexibility, and holistic integration of body and mind. Unique to Feldenkrais is the focus on daily functional movement, such as sitting, walking, standing and lifting. Improving the quality of movement and  unnecessary muscular tensions throughout the body can reorganize and release. Changes occur through neuromuscular re-patterning that happens in these lessons.
