The Sacral Chakra, also known as the 2nd chakra, is an energizing color and associated with self-respect, creativity, purity, togetherness, feminine sensuality, sexuality and manifestation. This Chakra reflects creativity and comfort foods that support an increase confidence and self-worth.  Low on confidence? Are you telling yourself you are unworthy of love? Or doubting choices you have made?   Focus on Mom’s comfort foods like casseroles and soups or warming teas.

The most favorable time for 2nd Chakra Foods is morning, mid-morning.  However you can add orange foods to any meal balanced with other Chakra colours.
