The phases of the moon have been observed for generations. The moons cycle can be a model to observe in co-creating ones experiences.  beginning with imagination that becomes intention and then one’s commitment to them-self, followed with conscious action steps. The purpose: to create one’s own outcomes that has more clarity and is more fulfilling.

There are 8 goal steps in alignment with the 8 week cycle between a new and full moon. Setting your purpose using this guide encourages ones to slow down and become more mindful of their intention and actions to achieve them. These steps will encourage personal self value and increase one’s connection to their own intuitiveness while valuing everything and everyone equally in this co-creation process.

Join Renee for an on-going conversation on learning how to pause and explore intention, followed by short discussion on  the qualities of each of the 8 stages for setting goals aligned with the moon phases. Experience a safe environment to connect to what values are meaningful in the moment to enrich life outcomes. Learn this way of  integration for manifesting outcomes in an exciting and compassionate way.

The benefit of exploring one or both of these moon goal setting experiences is the practical integration of both Nonviolent Communication and the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Learning. 

  • Integrating Nonviolent Communication into this system of goal setting replaces the feelings of frustration, guilt, anger and shame that creates damaging self-talk when not achieving ones goals into understanding, clarity and hope.   
  • Integrating the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Learning into this system of goal setting brings in physical balance and clarity.  
This combination of body, mind & intention can build self-esteem & self-confidence!  It is a fun way to enhance your personal decision making process for work, home or play.  

Walking in the New Moon with Mindfulness of Fresh Start

A mindfulness labyrinth walk will be held monthly on the new moon.  This will be  experiential and integrate voice, intention and movement using this ancient tool of connection, the labyrinth.  Did you know the labyrinth pre-dates organized religion.

At the current New Moon join in a Labyrinth Walk to walk out the past and walk in new goal intentions. Receipt will be emailed upon receiving payment.
