Balancing Life Areas
Inside Awareness has a holistic approach that begins with a foundation for integrating balance in movement, communication and spacial wellness to enhance outcomes of success. An example is Health and Wellness below. This is the hub of ones physical, emotional and behavioral well-being and a primary focus in Renee’s teachings. This is the filter of ones life experience and the foundation that is reflected, or expressed in our connections. Each of these nine areas is balanced on the health of the other eight areas. If you stop to reflect for a moment, health and well-being is the center that is reflected out into every one of your life areas.
This pattern of nine life areas is the foundation for exploring ones values and from which to set intentions that then become goals. It is the beginning of defining and celebrating success. This pattern becomes one’s inner guidance as it is integrated into experience. It can simplify blocks that get in the way of mental, emotional and physical well-being.
This is the pattern that is the focus of attention for spacial awareness and change to create an environment of support and for goal setting. The values that are identified as being meaningful become the intention in speaking one’s truth to eliminate inner and outer conflict. Identifying these values becomes the motivation for ones actions.

The labyrinth is an ancient pattern that has been walked for 5,000 years. This spiral inward can be found around the world in similar patterns. It predates organized religion and one can only imagine that it was created as tool for mindfulness and balance.
