This picture is an example of an Office Relationship corner placement. Taken in 2004 it reflects a community sharing an intention of common goals to practice a value based communication system led by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, Author of Nonviolent Communication. There was an agreement to focus on shifting common thoughts to a way of connecting without criticism, judgement and right and wrong to practicing honesty and empathy while in this gathering. This reflects the landscape environment of relationships that is my intention for immersing myself in a working community.
