The work health area represents the center point of health in the environment, self and relationships and is in the center of the bagua. It has two considerations. One is for personal health and the other is health of the business. If the person is not well, happy and content, the business is not going to show success. If the business plan and working process is not healthy, the people in it will not show behaviour that leads to success. The business plan is the skeleton of the operation, the operation process are the joints and the people are the movement. Is the movement flexible and spontaneous or is it tight, constrained and full of effort and pain?
3 tips for the health area
- Declutter this area and keep space open for ease of movement. (in high-tech firm designs they are incorporating areas for their employees to rejuvenate through exercise, good food and naps. The center is a great place to place these areas)
- Add colours for this area are the earth element yellows
- Add picture, Affirmation, or words that represent intention or essence of goals.
