‘all that is unsoved in your heart’

…..Be patient toward all that is unsolved in 

your heart.  Try to love the questions
themselves,
like locked rooms and like books written in
a very foreign tongue.
 
     Do not seek the answers, which cannot
be given to you, because you would not be 
able to live them.
 
     And the point is, to live everything.  Live
the questions now.

noticing it, live along some distant day into

  2. What a wonderful quote! I will repost! I wrote an article for “In Touch” The Feldenkrais Guild of North America Magazine which starts with a quote from Mia Segal, in relation to Feldenkrais, which is “…this is a system of questions, it is not a system of answers” — Mia Segal

    This Rilke quote is so beautifully put. I love this – “And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now.” So like what we do in our work!
