Since 2011 Renee at Inside Awareness has shared tips call 64 Ways in 64 Days for personal observation to support this campaign in her own community. In these past nine years the focus of the tips has had a focus for adults or for children. These have included value practice, exercises and quotes. Follow quotes on face-book.

Monday, January 30th – Courage
Have a parent light a candle for you. Make a wish for peace and release it by blowing out the candle.
Tuesday, January 31st – Smiling
Smile at three people who look different than you.
Wednesday, February 1st – Appreciation
Tell each member of your family one thing your like about them.
Thursday, February 2nd – Caring
Make a list or tell your parent three ways you care for yourself.
Friday, February 3rd – Believing
Finish this sentence with something good about yourself.
