Nov 12th – Nov 26th, 10 a.m. – noon  Organize movement to reduce strain and to increase comfort through how you sit, breathe, focus and move while in sitting for long periods.   Once muscles become fatigued other muscles are recruited leading to repetitive stain injuries.  Recover comfort and skeletal support reducing stain and effort through scientifically designed exercises designed to discover your personal habitual way of supporting yourself.
